Important Dates and Reminders for All

Preschool Graduation @ 6:00pm May 11^th National Guard Armory 

We will Close early on May 5^th Parent teacher Conference.

We will close at 3:00 Thursday May 11^th (Preschool Only)

We are closed May 19, 2023 Staff Development Day.

Infants/Toddlers

• Please remember to bring extra clothes, 
• Please send your child with a light Jacket.
• Please update contact card if address or phone #’s have changed.
• Every time you take your child for a checkup, we need a copy of the well child check and updated Immunizations.

CPP Reminders

• As the weather changes and our days are getting warmer, please send your child with a Light jacket.  We will go outside.
• Please provide your child with a set of clean clothes to store in cubbies.

Reminder for Infants

For drop off and pick up please pull up to infant building as close as you can. If no one is outside at drop off, you can call us at 587-8216. Thank you!

‍Billing Reminders

Monthly billing: We have not been sending out monthly billing statements. Payments are due by the 10th of every month to avoid late fees. You are still responsible for past months bills.

‍

• CCCAP families please make sure you are confirming your child’s times every day. Swipes not confirmed by parents will be charged the daily rate on the next month’s billing

Drop off & Pick Up Reminders

• Please continue to use your child’s designated area next to their class. Drop off times are 7:30-8:30 if you are going to be dropping off your child after these times you must call the center so a staff member can meet you outside.
• Please continue to call the center when you are coming for your kiddo so your child’s teacher can meet you outside.
• Hours for pick up varies. GBH closes at 5:30
