What does our preschool program include?

We follow the Colorado Preschool Program (or CPP) for preschool education.

This statewide program has specific guidelines for our teachers to follow, which are aligned with the rest of the district’s kindergarten teachers. By following the state’s guidelines, we make sure that our preschool program meets the school district standards - giving your child the learning foundation they need for school.

We provide breakfast every morning, Lunch for fun-day students, snack in the afternoon.

With the CPP:
Children must be three years old by June 1st to qualify
Qualifying children can start the program for free
There are no classes on Fridays
The classes are three hours a day Monday through Thursday
Classes include either three-hour morning sessions or three-hour afternoon sessions where parents can choose which one suits them. Parents can also select full-day preschool with their child attending both sessions.
The morning sessions accommodate 28 children in two classrooms and are from 8:15 am to 11:15 am.
The afternoon sessions accommodate 27 children and are from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

Our preschool program is free!

We offer our preschoolers before and after care for a small monthly fee. For current costs, view our Rate Sheet.
